Pizza Depot Video Contest Official Rules and Regulations
Effective Date: October 10, 2024
1. Sponsor
The Pizza Depot Video Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by Pizza Depot, located at 2 Automatic
Rd #122, Brampton, ON L6S 6K8, Canada ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) who are 18
years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Pizza Depot, its affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to
participate.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on Oct 10, 2024 and ends on November 30, 2024 ("Contest Period").
Weekly entry periods run from 12:00 AM Monday to 11:59 PM Sunday Eastern Time each week
during the Contest Period.

4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the Contest by:
- 1. Creating a video featuring their Pizza Depot meal
- 2. Ensuring the Pizza Depot box is visible prominently in the video.
- 3. Posting the video to their personal Instagram or TikTok profile.
- 4. Tagging @pizzadepotofficial in the video post.
- 5. Including the hashtag #MyPizzaDepot in the post.

5. Submission Guidelines
- Videos must be original and created by the participant. Subject to c
- Content must not contain any abusive or inappropriate material.
By entering, participants grant Pizza Depot the right to repost and reuse the video content for
promotional purposes. No time limit
6. Prize
One winner will be selected each week to receive "Free Pizza for a Year," which consists of
twelve (12) $20 Pizza Depot gift certificates. Gift certificates can be redeemed at any time and
are subject to the terms and conditions printed on them. Can only claim one certificate per
month
7. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the Contest guidelines (as poster)
- Winners will be notified via direct or private message on the social media platform used for entry within 5 business days after the weekly entry period ends. The communication will be from official head office email. (social@pizzadepot) create a new
- Winners must respond within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the certificate. Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor's discretion.
8. Rights Granted by Participants
By entering the Contest, participants agree:
- To grant Pizza Depot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and display their video content for promotional or marketing purposes.
- That their entry complies with all applicable rules and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
9. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical
failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the
Contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process
or violates these afore said rules
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Pizza Depot and its affiliates from
any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize
won.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved
individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court
located in Ontario, Canada.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely by the Sponsor for the
purposes of administering the Contest and will not be sold or shared with third parties
13. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada
applicable therein.
14. Acceptance of Rules
By participating in the Contest, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these
Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
