terms and conditions
1. Eligibility:
- This Lucky Draw (“25th Anniversary Giveaway”) is open to all residents of [Canada] aged 14 years and above.
- Employees of Pizza Depot, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
- Participants must have a valid account on the Pizza Depot mobile application.

A total of 25 prizes will be given away:

4x iPhones
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
Pizza Depot reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
3. How to Participate:
- Participants must download the Pizza Depot mobile application.
- Place an order of a minimum of $25 (excluding taxes and delivery charges) through the app during the Promotion Period.
- Each eligible order will automatically enter the participant into the Lucky Draw.
- Multiple entries are allowed; each qualifying order counts as one entry.
- Cancelled or refunded orders will be disqualified from the draw.
4. Promotion Period:
- The Promotion begins on April 1st, 2025, and ends on June 30th , 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
- Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the draw.
5. Winner Selection & Announcement
- Winners will be selected via a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
- The draw will be conducted on July 1st and winners will be announced on [Online Platforms – e.g., Pizza Depot website, social media, email].
- Winners will be contacted via the registered email or phone number associated with their Pizza Depot account.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Pizza Depot reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
6. Prize Redemption:
- Winners may be required to present valid identification and proof of their order(s) to claim their prize.
- Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification, failing which the prize may be forfeited.
