Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
   
   

By participating in this contest, you (“Participant”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Official Contest Rules. If you do not agree, you must not participate.

2. Sponsor & Administration
   
   

This contest is owned and operated by Pizza Depot (“Sponsor”). The Sponsor reserves full rights to interpret, enforce, and amend these Terms at its sole discretion.

3. Eligibility Confirmation
   
   

By entering, you confirm that:

• You meet all eligibility requirements outlined in the Official Rules
• All information submitted is true, accurate, and complete
• You are not participating on behalf of another individual or using multiple identities

Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

4. Entry Conditions
   
   

• Only valid entries submitted through official Pizza Depot online ordering system will be accepted
• Entries generated by bots, scripts, or automated means are strictly prohibited
• Pizza Depot reserves the right to verify all entries, including proof of purchase and identity

Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. No Guarantee of Winning
   
   

Participation in the contest does not guarantee winning. Odds of winning depend on:

• Total number of eligible entries received
• Number of entries submitted per participant
  
  

6. Winner Obligations
   
   

The selected winner must:

• Respond within 24 hours of notification
• Correctly answer a skill-testing question
• Provide valid identification and proof of eligibility

Failure to comply will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Prize Conditions
   
   

• Prize is awarded “as is” without warranties of any kind
• Cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged
• Cannot be redeemed for cash or credit

Pizza Depot is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets
• Event cancellations, delays, or changes
• Any personal expenses (travel, accommodation, food, etc.)
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability
   
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pizza Depot and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Technical failures, system errors, or interruptions
• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize use

Participation is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification
   
   

By entering, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pizza Depot, its directors, employees, franchisees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your participation in the contest
• Breach of these Terms
• Misuse of the prize
  
  

10. Disqualification Rights
    
    

Pizza Depot reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates these Terms or Official Rules
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity
• Attempts to manipulate or tamper with the contest process
  
  

11. Modification & Termination
    
    

Pizza Depot reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time
• Adjust rules or conditions if required due to unforeseen circumstances

Any changes will be posted on official channels.

12. Privacy & Data Use
    
    

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Pizza Depot’s Privacy Notice.

By entering, you consent to:

• Collection and use of your data for contest purposes
• Contact regarding your entry
• Optional marketing communications (only with consent)
  
  

13. Intellectual Property
    
    

All contest materials, branding, logos, and content are the property of Pizza Depot.

Participants may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute contest materials without permission
  
  

14. Publicity Release
    
    

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Pizza Depot the right to:

• Use their name, likeness, and city
• For advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes

Without additional compensation.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    
    

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:

• The Province of Ontario
• The laws of Canada applicable therein

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Ontario courts.

16. Severability
    
    

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable:

• The remaining provisions will continue in full force
  
  

17. Entire Agreement
    
    

These Terms & Conditions, along with the Official Rules and Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between the Participant and Pizza Depot.
